In primary schools, the team of professional leaders is the force that directly implements the requyrements of general education reform, is a bridge to help principals direct professional activities and other activities in schools in a close, in-depth and timely manner. The article conducted a study on the concept of professional leaders of primary schools and fostering activities, on the basis of which a survey of this content was conducted in primary schools in Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city as a basis for proposing a number of fostering measures to improve the quality of professional leaders of primary schools in the area. The research results and proposed measures help primary schools improve the quality of professional leaders in particular, thereby improving the quality of education in general, meeting the requyrements of educational innovation in the current period.
