Developing high school managerial staff is considered as one of the effective solutions to improve educational quality. The research highlights a number of positive outcomes in this area in Tien Giang province such as: the development of managerment staff has recieved adequate attention from leaders at all levels; the planning of staff development is in association with the organization of training and retraining to improve staff's qualifications; Regular inspection, evaluation and development of the managerial staff with the introduction of transparent criteria has contributed to the managerial staff development to meet the requirements. On the other side, the mission of developing hight school management staff in Tien Giang province still reveals some limitations. From that situation, the artical propose some measures to develop the management staff of high schools in Tien Giang province to meet the requirements of educational innovation in the current period.
