Developing and fostering managementteam, especially the education management staff at kindergartenschools is extremly important an urgent, as this is the core force, playing a decisive role in ensuring early education quality for the younger generation. Early childhood education sets the foundation in the formation and development of the child’s personality. The article addesses the need to foster the management staff at kindergarten schools in Thot Not district-Can Tho city through a refresher activity. Since then, propose recommendations to support kindergarten schools to improve the efficiency of fostering activities.
