Characteristics of the current ear is the rapid development of technology information and communication, humanity is gradually moving to the knowledge economy. In that context, education has great transformations, which are taking “regular learning, life-long learning” as a foundation, towards building one “learning society”. Universities in general, Cantho University in particular, is one of the universities that is trained by the type of continuing education in order to serve the needs of life-long learning and learnng society of people in the region, Mekong Delta. In tis article, the author analyzes and clarifies the current status of regular educatrion management as well as the orientation of solutions for the management of regular education activities at Can Tho University in order to meet the demand of quality human resources in the locality.
