Objectives of this study were to evaluate different positions in house and age on egg performance, egg quality and economic benefit of commercial layers. Therefore, a total of the 192 Hisex Brown commercial layers of 21-32 weeks old were randomly allotted to the four treatments with 12 replications. Results indicated that there were effects of (i) different positions in house on laying rate, feed consumption, and egg weight, (ii) age on yolk index, albumin index, egg shell thickness, yolk color, and Haugh unit, as well as (iii) egg weight on shape index, yolk index, albumin index, yolk rate and Haugh unit.
