The results of network analysis based on data collected from travel programs of travel and tour companies show that the network of ecotourism sites in the Dong Thap Muoi region has very low connectivity. The main and important central points of the ecotourism network in the Dong Thap Muoi region are Sa Dec Flower Village, Xeo Quyet Relic, and Tram Chim National Park. The results also identify five peripheral points in the network that have weak linkages with other tourism sites in the region. Sa Dec Flower Village plays the role of structural hole in the network that can cause bottlenecks and impede the movement of tourists between ecotourism sites in the region. The study results provide a range of valuable insights for developing ecotourism in Dong Thap Muoi region in the direction of effective network linkage. There should be a development strategy for the ecotourism network with the appropriate roles of each tourism sites in the network
