The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has been taking place, affecting and influencing all aspects of social life strongly, especially in the field of education and training. Facing these above waves, the question is how we, as Vietnamese, utilise and adapt suitably to survive and develop or accept the backwardness.

The Mekong Delta has many conditions and potential to develop and “take off”, but also where the education and training system in the past time has many drawbacks and is considered recently “the bottom land” of education and training although many efforts have been made.

Facing these aforementioned opportunities and challenges, what policies and solutions that the Mekong Delta needs to promote and develop the education and training speedily to meet with the requirements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0
