This study evaluated tourists' satisfaction with the quality of accommodation services at 1-5 star hotels in Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. The SERVPERF (Service Performance) model helps accommodation service businesses evaluate the effectiveness of their service provision and improve customer satisfaction. The research model with seven criteria includes 30 observed variables administered in this study. The author collected data from 200 tourists who have stayed at 1–5 star hotels in Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. Methods: descriptive statistics, scale reliability, and exploration factor analysis were applied to analyze the data. Research results show that seven factors are all rated by tourists at an average level or higher. Of those, 06 factors are respectively at a level of complete agreement: national standards for hotel ratings, reliability, tangible factors, empathy, service capaCity, and responsiveness, and 1 factor is respect at a neutral level: perceived price. Demonstrates that all 7 factors impact tourists' decision to choose a hotel stay. In addition, the study based on the SERVPERF model proposed several solutions to improve the quality of accommodation services at 1–5 star hotels in the future in Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
