The 4.0 Industrial Revolution has had its truly great effect on every country and individual all over the world. As a result, it is vital for each country to place emphasis on its educational system in the assurance of its survival and advancement. It has, however, been lately apparent that such programs are in difficulty with the recruitment of new students. This paper is aimed at sharing some experience of the recruitment process of Cantho university for in-service training programs and making a proposal of how to enhance effective recruitment practice.
