The study was done to evaluate the effect of different levels of Momordica cochinchinensis Spreng pulp (MCP) on egg performance and egg quality of Isa Brown laying hens at 41–49 weeks of age. A total of 200 Isa Brown laying hens was randomly divided into 5 dietary treatments and 10 replications. The control was a basal diet without MCP supplement, and the others with 4 different levels of MCP at 3, 6, 9 and 12 g/kg feed. The results showed that no significant differences were found among treatments on egg performance, percentages of laying rate (P>0.05). The MCP supplementation in laying hens’ diets had lower total egg performance (2,165-2,362 eggs) and percentages of laying rate (85.91-93.73%) than control (2380 eggs and 94.44%) (P>0.05). Feed consumption and feed efficiency among treatments were not significant differences (P>0.05). The supplementation of MCP treatments improved significantly egg weight (64.16-66.39 g/egg) compared to control (63.63 g/egg) (PMomordica cochinchinensis pulp in hens’ diets increased egg weight, however those did not affect egg performance.
