Recently, in Vietnam, when the power outage occurs, the status information is usually provided by users to the customer care unit through telephone calls. After getting user’s feedbacks, the customer care unit announces the status to the technical team to solve the power outage problem. That is a time-consuming and costly process. In order to enhance the service quality, automatically detecting of the grid status and warning immediately are necessary activities. This study proposes a solution for automatically operating the rescue plans to ensure the safety of the grid system. Simultaneously, the solution also navigates the nearest technician to the place needed to rescue via Google Maps. The solution is leading to get the early problem detecting, rapid processing, time reducing of power outage, reliability and service quality improving of the power supply
