Community Service Learning (CSL) has gained increasing popularity in university settings as a valuable tool for enhancing students' civic responsibility, global awareness, and social impact. This study investigates how CSL influences students' development of global citizenship across cognitive, socio-emotional, and behavioral domains. Through a mixed-methods approach, the findings reveal that CSL deepens students’ understanding of global issues, cultivates empathy and respect for diversity, and motivates them to engage in social justice and sustainability initiatives. Despite these benefits, participants faced challenges such as financial constraints, time management difficulties, and logistical problems. Students suggested solutions including better funding, expanded volunteer support, and enhanced training.
