The film and television industry, including reality shows, are believed to play a significant role in promoting tourism. In Vietnam, the reality show entitled "2 Days 1 Night" has gained immense popularity and attracted millions of viewers. This study aims to analyze the travel behavior of young people after the conclusion of "2 Days 1 Night”. The selection of young audiences for this study is based on preliminary research, which indicates that the majority of "2 Days 1 Night" viewers are predominantly young, comprising 68.18% of the total audience. To collect data for this study, a structured questionnaire was used in a direct survey with 300 young viewers of the show. Over the course of two seasons (season 1 and holiday season), the members of "2 Days 1 Night" explored 12 different destinations in Vietnam. Within these destinations, tourists tended to show a preference for the South (notably Ba Ria Vung Tau) and the Central region (notably Da Lat - Lam Dong) for their latest travel trips. Additionally, the research finds that young tourists tended to favor short-term trips. Upon deeper analysis, it becomes evident that the influence of "2 Days 1 Night" on the travel intentions of young audiences required a significant amount of time. Forming travel intentions under the influence of the show involves many factors such as cost, free time, choice of tourist destination, length of the trip, and various other elements.
