The research presents the criteria of evaluation performance for public sector’ employees: the case of College of Economic (CE), at the Can Tho University, Vietnam. This is an important basic to regconize, to recommend reward for school year and to classify staff according to decree 56/2015/NĐ-CP 09/6/2015 of Government. This study employed case study’s method. The result of the research is the list of critera with 04 main parts: (1)work performance or the responsibility of the signed work contract; (2) Performance according to occupation ethic; (3) Responsibility spirit, attitude to serve country, spirit to cooperate with colleague and the realization of jobholder’s behavior rule; and (4) performance of other obligations of jobholder. Four contents are divided 13 criterias. Besides, the result of research is not only crucial basic for salary, but also the references for organizations.
