A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary vitamin E and Selenium on the production performance, feed conversion ratio, fertility, incubation responses and economic return of 72 males and 600 females Ross 308 parent broiler breeder between 37 and 49 weeks of age. A factorial nested model design was arranged with six replicates. Nested one was the male birds, provided GTR feed plus 200 mg vitamin E and 0.2 mg Se/kg of feed (ESE1M) or 0.4 mg Se/kg (ESE2M). The second was the females fed 9720 feed supplemented 200 mg Vitamin E + 0.3 mg Se/kg (ESE1F) or 0.4 mg Se/kg (ESE2F). Supplementation of vitamin E and Se significantly affected on laying rate, the both male and female birds fed ESE2 diet produced more eggs than ESE1. Males and females fed diet of ESE2 consumed less feed (g/egg), improved feed conversion ratio as compared to that of ESE1 diet (P0.05). On the interaction effects between supplemental feeds and sexes, the fertility, hatchatability, marketable chicks and yield of males and females in the ESE2 diet were higher
