The objective of this study was to evaluate the behavioral changes of Japanese quail behavior under of different temperature conditions. The experiment was carried out a total of 240 quails at 36 days old reared at three different temperature levels of 38oC, 25oC and farmed temperatureand and RH at 55%. This experiment were studied in 5 days. Each treatment consisted of 80 quails with 2 male and female quails per each cage. The behavioral traits such as eating (No. 1), drinking (No. 2), investigate feathers and aggressive activity (No. 3) and other activities (No. 4- stop, quiet, resting, egg laying or no movement) were observed every 10 seconds at 0H, 2H and 4H of observation were recorded in 2 days. The results showed that the Japanese quails displayed all observed behaviors in the study at three different temperatures with the highest level of No.4. There was a statistically significant difference in feeding behavior among the different temperature levels after 4 hours of treatments and in 5 days. The highest proportion of eating activity was presented at farmed temperature treatment and the lowest proportion of this activity highest was found at 38oC treatment (p < 0.05). The proportion of drinking activity was the lowest level at 25oC treatment and the highest at 38oC treatment (p
