Today, the use of high technology and intelligence in agriculture is creating a revolution in the production process before the current agricultural revolution 4.0. In the time to come, modern and smart agricultural models can be applied to the Mekong Delta such as hydroponic systems, commercial airplanes, plant tracking systems, solar energy, Wi-Fi connectivity, controlled by smart phones and agricultural farming, with the support of digital technologies such as wireless, GIS, GPS, and remote sensing. For the sustainable development of the whole region. Based on the results of both local and international research on the development of GIS and Remote Sensing applications in agriculture related to the current 4-0 farming practices with the objective of evaluating the current status applying GIS and remote sensing in agricultural production 4.0 in the Mekong Delta, thereby assessing potential development of technology applicable in the Mekong Delta. Based on the results of the study, the results of the study, the literature and data collected at home and abroad, and the classification by subject, analysis of GIS and remote sensing technologies can be applied in agriculture 4.0. The introduction of some models of technology application in agriculture 4.0 can be applied to agricultural practices. The results show that the application of GIS and remote sensing technologies in agriculture 4.0 in the Mekong Delta is limited and small and inconsistent with the application of land management and planning. land use, management of agricultural data, resources and environment in some agencies In addition, the application of integrated GIS and remote sensing models in agricultural forecasting simulations has also been applied in a number of agencies, but only research is not widely applied in practice. This shows that the application of GIS technology and remote sensing in agriculture 4.0 has been started in the Mekong Delta and has the potential for rapid development in the future, however, the need for investment in facilities , equipment, technical and synchronous among related units and the unified management of management levels and application exploiting units in order to ensure the uniformity of technology, bring about the effect highest result
