Developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration, especially the knowledge economy and digital transformation is taking place strongly, has always been a concern to the Ho Chi Minh City government in recent years. However, with the development of science technology, and artificial intelligence, which are gradually replacing manual labor, and the demand for cheap labor will give way to high-quality human resources. To Ho Chi Minh City, as the economic locomotive of the country, in the face of new requirements, the requirement of high-quality human resource development to serve the digital transformation process becomes more and more urgent. Therefore, the education system, especially higher education of the City should have strategic solutions to train and providing high-quality human resources to meet the needs of digital transformation for socio-economic development in Ho Chi Minh City today.
