Conducting research to assess the factors influencing the growth of different forms of resort tourism in Can Tho city. The data obtained from a survey of 130 tourists at resort sites in Can Tho city was analyzed using the multivariate linear regression method. The findings indicate that three key elements influence the growth of resort tourism in Can Tho city within the backdrop of climate change: "Tourism resources and natural landscape", "Security and environmental sanitation", and "Pricing of diverse services". The report also presents suggestions to facilitate the advancement of resort tourism in Can Tho city.
