An experiment was conducted in the Experimental farm in Cantho city to evaluate the effects of different supplement levels of Catfish oil (CFO) in basal diet on the reproductive performance of Guinea fowls. The experiment was a completely randomized design, 4 treatments as 4 diets and 3 replicates, with 8 females and 2 males from 22-42 weeks of age per experimental unit. The 4 diets were supplement levels of Catfish oil of 0 (MC0), 2.5 (MC2.5), 5,0 (MC5.0) and 7.5% (MC7.5) in diets, respectively. The experimental period lasted 20 weeks. The results of the showed that laying Guinea fowls supplemented from 2.5 - 5.0% Catfish oil (MC2.5, MC5.0)) had higher egg productivity, egg laying ratio, egg quality and better hatchability. It was concluded that at supplement level of 2.5% Catfish oil had better reproductive performance.
