This study investigates how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the business performance of microenterprises in Ca Mau province, aiming to extract valuable insights and recommendations for crisis management by enterprises. The research involved direct questionnaire interviews with 121 microenterprises in Ca Mau. Employing descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis, the study spans the period from 2019 to 2021. Findings reveal that COVID-19 prevention measures, such as mobility restrictions, lockdowns, and business suspensions, have repercussions on the labor market, financial market, and supply chain, resulting in adverse impacts on business performance. Positive influences on business performance include the supply of materials, while negative correlations are observed with factors like mobility restrictions, employee reduction, and financial leverage. Drawing from these results, the author provides recommendations for the recovery and enhancement of business performance.
