Rural tourism encompasses numerous services and activities intended to heighten benefits and potential. Rural tourism also assistances economic development in rural regions while raising awareness of preserving cultural principles within indigenous communities. In Vietnam, rural tourism is often linked to agricultural practices, and agricultural production area that have obtained OCOP certification through the One Commune One Product program have also on track offering exploration and model-experience tourism activities. Vietnam rural tourism terminuses include areas dedicated to community tourism, where visitors can experience local fruit orchards, aquatic farms, and traditional handicraft and fine arts. Additionally, Vietnam offers an assortment of eco-tourism destinations, with naturally spectacular geographic locations created by local farmers. Currently, rural tourism developmet allows individuals in rural areas to generate more significant income from their country’s probable, establish a brand for the locality, and make distinguished donations towards fighting hunger and reducing poverty. Hau Giang province has several tourism advantages. The Nga Bay River showcases exclusive river culture, the scenic Xa No canal, rice roads, lush fruit orchards, and enormous fields that offer customers a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Hau Giang also has various traditional craft villages and specialty fruit orchards areas evenly scattered in districts and cities. These can be developed into community tourism products to create unique geographies like the Cau Duc pineapple cultivation area in Vi Thanh city, the Long Tri tangerine production area in Long My town, Hoa Loc mango-growing area in Chau Thanh A district, soursop fruit orchards in Long My district, watermelon fileds in Chau Thanh district, and the betel village in Vi Thuy district, and strawberries, rambutans, durians in Nga Bay city. Rural tourism holds great potential for development when tourism personnel are well-informed and distinguish rural tourism practices. It is essential to develop model schemes, support training, and encourage the uptake of good tourism practices while providing opportunities for visitors to experience comparable tourism products locally and abroad. Developing synchronous technical infrastructure is vital to providing convenient access to tourist places in Hau Giang.
