The Pilates exercises (PES) may be an improvement within the quality of lifetime of its practitioners, through an optimized condition of improvements in posture, developing greater mobility, poise, agility and functionality. PES develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. By definition, It is also a system of repetitive exercises performed on amator other equipment to push strength, stability, and adaptableness. The PEs is approach develops body awareness to enable fluid and effective everyday movements. Most well-being metrics include the enjoyment of life as part of a cognitive dimension of this quality of life. The primary objective of this study is to assess how a guided Pilates program affects a group of elderly individuals, compare the results of their poise using the Berg scale and their ability using the Leighton scale, and relate these improvements to the joy they felt in life while engaging in this activity. Materials and Methods: The evaluations of the elderly were conducted in the appropriate room using a goniometer, the Berg scale for measuring articular measures, the Leighton scale for measuring poise, and the life-pleasing scale for measuring overall happiness. There were 62 participants in the research, with 32 women and 30 men ranging in age from 55 to 81 (M-64.53SD-6.82). After a 12-month period of twice-weekly 35-minute Pilates sessions with each participant, the life-pleasing questionnaire was used. Results: After the second evaluation, these individuals' poise and articular ampleness metrics showed superior results, with some notable changes and magnitudes of impact size showing fairly satisfying outcomes. On a scale from 1 to 7, the values obtained for keeping pleasant were rated as being pretty excellent in both women and men, with a final average of 5.12 for women and 4.78 for men. Discussion: Although not included in our analysis and at a price deemed acceptable, other studies have shown that male welfare levels tend to be greater than female welfare levels, giving males better life satisfaction averages than women. Conclusions: In all of the measures that were analyzed, this older group had ideal life satisfaction, and the Pilates program that was adopted shown extremely positive results in terms of functional capacity.
