This paper aims to investigate the impact of determinants affecting MoMo e-wallet’s customer satisfaction among Can Tho University students. From the literature, the paper developed a set of hypotheses which are empirically tested using data obtained from a survey of 120 students. The descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Regression analyses are applied in this paper. The results showed that there are three factors affecting MoMo e-wallet customer satisfaction, including Empathy, Reliability and Tangibles. Managerial implications are provided based on these findings.
