The paper presents basic theoretical issues about professional team leaders at primary schools, the status of this team at primary schools in Thanh Tri district, Soc Trang province. The article also affirms that to improve the quality of teachers, we must improve the quality of professional team leaders. Based on the principles of management, the article has proposed 6 measures to manage professional team leaders in primary schools in Thanh Tri district, Soc Trang province in order to improve the quality of management in high schools in general, to manage the team of professional leaders in primary schools in particular to meet the educational requirements in the current period
