In the context of international integration and increasing requirements for the quality of human resources, improving the quality of training at universities has become a key issue, especially at Tay Do University. The topic researches a number of measures to improve the quality of education by comprehensively assessing the current state of training and identifying challenges that schools are facing. The author conducted a survey of 185 students at Tay Do University during the period from February 2024 to March 2024 about training quality including: (1) Teaching staff; (2) Facilities and (3) Training program. Research results show that improving the quality of teaching staff is a factor that cannot be ignored. A team of high-quality, experienced lecturers who always update new knowledge will contribute significantly to improving the quality of teaching. In addition, strong investment in modern facilities and teaching and learning equipment is also an important factor to create an ideal learning environment for students. Promoting scientific research and innovation also needs to be emphasized to create new knowledge and advanced technology, contributing to improving the quality of education and training. Thereby, Tay Do University not only provides quality human resources for society but also contributes to the development of science and technology in the region and the world
