The study aimed to identify the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of students at Can Tho University in order to provide a basis for timely and appropriate solutions for students. The study used linear regression according to the initial proposed model consisting of six factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of students: Education, Family support, Entrepreneurial Inspiration, Finance, Risk, Creative ideas. In addition, the study also used two control variables: gender, income, major group, and course to examine differences between groups. The research results showed that the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of Can Tho University students were ranked in order of strength from strongest to weakest as follows: (1) Finance, (2) Family support, (3) Entrepreneurial Inspiration, (4) Risk, (5) Creative ideas, and (6) Education. The variable of Risk had an inverse effect. The model's adjusted R2 value was 0.676, indicating that 67.6% of the variation in the entrepreneurial intention of Can Tho University students was explained by the factors in the research model. The T-test showed that gender has no relationship with the entrepreneurial intention of Can Tho University students. The ANOVA test showed that income, major group, and course were not related to entrepreneurial intention.
