The development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has created significant changes in almost all areas of social life, including education. The purpose of the article is to research and apply digital technology in the teaching process in general and teaching History in particular in order to diversify forms of teaching organization. By the method of synthesis, analysis and survey, this article clarifies the content and status of using virtual relics in history teaching and learning activities at high schools. Then, the article proposes some forms of designing and using virtual monuments in teaching Vietnamese history at high schools, contributing to meeting the requirements of a fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education today
