This study aims to determine the factors affecting the entrepreneurship of the ChineseVietnamese entrepreneurs in Can Tho city with a sample size of 105 the Chinese-Vietnamese
business owners. Regression analysis results show that there are 05 factors with 14 observed
variables affecting the entrepreneurship of the Chinese-Vietnamese entrepreneurs in Can Tho
city, including “Entrepreneurial Inspiration”, “Policy support”, “Family background”,
“Social Networks” and “Financial Capital”. The implication of this study is to help the
government learn from the reality and propose better supportive policies on enhancing startup
activities.
