This paper presents behavior of mixture of fly ash, cement, and soft soil in the Mekong Delta. Cement-soil mixing is an effective technique for improving strength of soft soil. Fly ash is also used to increase strength of soft soil. This study focuses on laboratory studies of the soft soil improved by cement and cement combining with fly ash. The study investigates behavior of types of soil stabilization: 1) mixed with cement only, and 2) mixed with cement and fly ash. Consequently, the results show that the uncomfined compressive strength of soil cement mixture increases aproximately 10 times compared to the untreated soil, and the suitable ratio of fly ash and cement is less than or equal 30%
