This study was conducted to apply the DOCS model to identify the elements that constitute corporate culture in the case of XYZ enterprise. Denison's corporate culture model (DOCS) was used to assess corporate culture. The analysis results showed that the corporate culture scale of XYZ business is made up of 12 factors including empowerment, teamwork orientation, capacity development, core values, consensus, cooperation and integration, innovation, customer orientation, learning organization, strategic orientation, target system, vision and it's the relationship. XYZ Enterprise has been affirmed as a strong corporate culture when building a long-term mission and vision, a fairly solid target system and core values, consensus and cooperation according to the calculation formula of DOCS model.
