The Mathematics general education program - 2018 aims to develop learners’ mathematical abilities. One of the five components of mathematical competence that students need to develop is mathematical communication competence. The study of function limits is crucial for developing this competence. In this article, we design teaching situations to introduce the concept of functional limits and help students improve their mathematical communication abilities.
