-There have been many changes in the practice of Supply Chain Management in recent years. Nowadays, the practice of supply chain management becomes a very recent phenomenon, as many organizations are just beginning to realize the benefits and problems that accompany an integrated supply chain. As competitive situations, products, technology, and customer behaviors change, the priorities for the supply chain also must change, requiring supply chain to be more flexible to response quickly to these changes. Accordingly, some trends need to be addressed including the expansion of the supply chain, increasing supply chain responsiveness, greening the supply chain, and reducing total supply chain costs. One of the most noticeable trends is creating an environmentally friendly supply chain or greening the supply chain. Lack of the environmental policies, firms may lose some profits because consumers tend to use or buy products which are friendly and safety to the environment. Additionally, companies are finding that pollution control activities and waste reduction can reduce cost. Based on the network distribution stage, this paper presented a mix integer linear programming model (MILP), which has the cost optimization model for locating plants and warehouses simultaneously. The proposed optimization model can help determine the optimal facilities and material flows in the distribution network. Next, a collaborative model is used to reduce the costs as well as the emissions to gain a more sustainable supply chain.
