The research was carried out on four hundred eighty 40 weeks old Hisex Brown layers, birds were fed 6 isonitrogenous and isoenergenic diets.  The control diet received 3% of rice bran oil (RBO), 5 experimental diets were formulated with 5 ratios of RBO and salmon fish oil (SFO): 0. 5% RBO + 2. 5% SFO, 1% RBO + 2% SFO, 1. 5% RBO + 1. 5% SFO, 2% RBO + 1%SFO, 2. 5% RBO +  0. 5% SFO.  No significant differences were found among treatments on the egg production, feed conversion ratio.   Egg weight of the control  was lower than that of the other diets supplemented with SFO.  The highest level of ω- 3 fatty acid and DHA was found in the diet received 2. 5% of SFO ( 5. 95 and 4. 55%) and the lowest was in the control
