Selecting appropriate suppliers is the key factor for maintaining the efficiency and competitiveness of the supply chain to overcome and recover post the COVID-19 pandemic, toward sustainable development. The novelty of this study is investigating a methodology for sustainable-based supplier selection. Under the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic, resilience performance is also considered in the supplier selection process. The Fuzzy ELECTRE I method with trapezoidal membership function is applied to rank and select appropriate suppliers with 22 criteria. A case study of a Garment Company is given to illustrate the proposed methodology. The results are useful for managers to select suitable suppliers in the company.
