This study was conducted to find out and quantify the impact of the factors on customer knowledge management (CKM) of businesses operating in Can Tho city. Data were collected from 344 managers and employees working in enterprises in Can Tho City and processed by using the following methods: Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results revealed that the factors of corporate culture, managerial support, and customer engagement have positive effects on CKM in businesses in Can Tho city. In which, customer engagement factors have the strongest impact on information management, followed by corporate culture, and managerial support.
