Developing a toolkit for assessing critical thinking capacity plays an important role, helping to identify measures that can be applied in teaching in high schools to form and develop students’ capacity. It contributes to the successful implementation of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training after 2018. The article focuses on building a toolkit to assess students’ critical thinking capacity through model-based teaching about flipped classroom pattern in high school.
