Among the alternative fuels, biodiesel has become a fast growing market during the last years, because it can help reducing greenhouse effect and solving an energy shortage in the future when the fossil fuel sources are depleted. Reseach of bio-diesel production and application is one of the interested direction research. In this study, we have investigated to improve the quality of biofuels which relate to some biofuel propertives such as oxidation stability, cold filter plugging point and fuel properties (consumption, pollution levels…). The blending of different biodiesel types have been carried out. By use of availble raw material in Vietnam, the biofuel of cooking oil (BD-KFC), Jatropha oil (BD-JA) and Basa fish fat (BD-BA) are used. The studied results show that physical characterizations, properties of consumption and pollution emissions of biodiesel fuels depend completely on the initial ingredients of raw material. This study gives a method to improve the quality of biodiesel from different raw materials.
