The main objective of this study was to evaluate of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intention of Can Tho University’s students. The research involved a survey of 426 students who were enrolled in an entrepreneurship course at the university. The study employed various statistical techniques, including Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) are used to test the reliability of the measurement scale and determine the relationships among the factors in the theoretical model. The findings of the research revealed that the study had developed a comprehensive and standardized tool to measure the different components of entrepreneurship education, including the newly added scale of “entrepreneurial oriented activities". The results further showed that entrepreneurship education has an indirect impact on students’ entrepreneurial intention through subjective norms, attitude and perceived behavior control. The findings underscored the importance of strengthening the entrepreneurship education program at Can Tho University, which can help inspire and foster the entrepreneurial mindset among the students.
