School counseling activities for elementary learners involve interactions, psychological support, or interventions as needed by school counselors and teachers when students encounter difficulties in the study process, family circumstances, and relationships with family members, teachers, and peers. These activities can help students regulate their emotions and choose appropriate ways to address various situations. The role of managing school counseling activities is crucial to achieving these goals. The management team must recognize the importance of overseeing school counseling activities, ensuring that they are conducted according to the planned schedule, objectives, and counseling guidelines. Moreover, the management team for school counseling activities should focus on implementing the following functions: planning, organizing implementation, directing execution, and evaluating the results of the counseling activities. Among these, the planning function plays a foundational role, guiding the management process, maximizing resource mobilization, and serving as a basis for evaluating the achievement of the objectives in managing student school counseling activities.
