The survey was conducted under a four-phase procedure, including designing the survey instrument; piloting the survey; conducting the o cial survey; and collecting and analyzing the data. The results attained from the questionnaire revealed that the respondents’ motivation for learning English was improved owing to the organization that focused on the learning motivation in terms of the enhancement of the learning condition, interaction amongst the club’s members, club’s environment, rewarding and recognition of member’s contribution, and management. Furthermore, a number of factors in uencing the learning motivation were showcased in thendings, namely learning purposes, personal e ort, and learning attitudes towards the English subject.
