Temples and festivals are important parts of the system of traditional cultural elements of the Vietnamese people in general and the people of the South in particular. The Temple is the place where activities take place with the typical cultural identity of each locality. The coordination between families and festivals has become a valuable resource for tourism development. Over the course of nearly two centuries, the Binh Thuy Temple and Ky Yen festival have become one of the oldest objects of the Southern land. However, under the transformations and impacts of modern life, the effects of outstanding technological achievements lead to a high risk of disappearing traditional cultural values. Therefore, this article aims to emphasize the situation of tourism conservation and development at the tranquil festival in Binh Thuy Temple, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City. From there, offer specific, detailed, and appropriate solutions for each aspect of the object
