Tourism plays a crucial role in economic development since tourism creates jobs for local people, boosts export of local products, and increases revenues of enterprises. Tourist satisfaction has been considered as one important factor contributing to tourism development of a certain destination because it could affect the tendency of revisit as well as positive word of mouth of tourists (Choo et al., 2016). Service quality of tourism business has been considered as an important determinant of tourists’ satisfaction. Beside service quality, destination attractiveness might be a significant determinant influencing on tourist satisfaction. This research, therefore, aims to evaluate the impact of destination attractiveness on tourist satisfaction. Online survey of 312 domestic tourists coming from different regions of Vietnam on their satisfaction and evaluation of service quality and destination attractiveness of Can Tho City has been conducted. Regression method has been employed in this research. In this research, service quality has been measured by 3 factors, namely the reliability of service, the responsiveness of service, the tangibles of service. Research results show that destination attractiveness has the second highest positive impact on tourist satisfaction, just after responsiveness of service.
