Educating children through experiential activities is an important task that educational and training management levels pay special attention to in the process of educating children. Managing experiential activities for children in preschools needs to be analyzed based on the following functions: planning; organizing; directing and checking, evaluating. The article analyzes the current status of experiential activities management functions for children in preschools in Tan Tru district, Long An by survey method through questionnaires. The research results show that managers and teachers evaluate the implementation of experiential activities management functions for children in preschools in Tan Tru district, Long An province at a fairly good level. However, this result is not too outstanding, showing that a number of managers and teachers assess that these functions are still limited. Therefore, the management of experiential activities for children in preschools in Tan Tru district, Long An province needs to be implemented more thoroughly with key measures to improve the quality and effectiveness of experiential activities for children throughout the schools.
