Supply chain management strategy has significant importance and calls for serious research attention in recent years. Especially, due to the effect of Covid 19, suitable supply chain strategies have become more essential for resilience. This study aims to propose an approach to determine the most suitable supply chain strategy using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). All strategies are evaluated through three criteria (cost, feasibility, and benefits). A case study from the Sai Gon-Mien Tay Beer Company is given to illustrate the proposed methodology. The results provide a ranking of strategies for resilience under the effect of Covid 19. These obtained results are useful for business managers to make effective decisions to overcome the effect of the pandemic as well as sustainable development.
