This study aims at determining some biochemical characteristics and antifungal activities against 2 fungal plant pathogens, namely Phytophthorasp.and Rhizoctoniasp. from fractions of Annonaglabra, CalophylluminophyllumandPhyllanthusamarus. All extracts displayed high level of polyphenol, flavonoid and tannin compounds, while alkaloid compounds were lower among fractions. They indicated strong antioxidant activities through reducing power (Fe3+), DPPH radical scavenging and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) assays. Antifungal abilities were carried out by agar well diffusion method at the concentration of 200 mg/mL with the inhibition zone ranged from 3.5 ± 0.5 mm to 6.3 ± 0.6 mm. Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Fungicidal Concentraion (MFC) of Annonaglabra extract sample 2 on Phytophthorasp.were 5 and 50 mg/mL while that of Calophylluminophyllum extract sample 1 were 5 and 20 mg/mL. MIC and MFC values of Calophylluminophyllum extract sample 2 on Rhizoctoniasp. were 5 and 25 mg/mL.
