The objective of the research was to screen the biocontrol ability of actinomyces strains against rot root diseases of citrus caused by Fusarium solani. Cellulase activity assay was tested on CMC medium with 5 replications in in vitro condition. The result found that LM6 and LM25 strains expressed the cellulolytic activity, with the cellulose lyses halo radius of 24.10 mm and 24.04 mm respectively at 9 days after testing, The field experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with 14 treatments and 5 replications. The results shown that trestments of LM6 and LM25 have ability to control rot root disease of citrus such as high ratio of infected roots and branches recovery. These treatments were not significantly different in comparision with the chemical treatment. In addition, these treatments had lower conidia concentration of F. solani in soil and were not significantly different in comparision with the chemical treatment.
