The study purposes to create a WebGIS system and mobile application to supply the land use and land use planning information in Gia Rai district, Bac Lieu province via the internet environment and mobile devices. The WebGIS was designed based on the HTML, CSS and JavaScript languages. The mobile application was designed on the software of App Studio for ArcGIS, which was released by ESRI. The spatial and attribute information were uploaded and stored in ArcGIS online platform to online access from the WebGIS. The research completed the communal maps of land use and land use planning that were embedded in the website to supply both the spatial and attribute information about land use and planning state. The interactive maps on the WebGIS support multi-function including display, parcel searching, measurement and printing. The land information applications could run on every Android devices which have internet connection to serve the outdoor survey.
