Teacher training at universities and colleges in Mekong Delta is concerned and facilitated by the education sector and local authorities, but has yet met the requirements of innovation of current general education. The article analyzes the challenges and opportunities for teacher training schools, thereby offering some solutions in training this contingent in Mekong Delta to meet the requirements of universal education innovation. Solutions are only effective when there is coordination of stakeholders.
