The training activities for the master's level have proven their significance in producing a highly skilled workforce with the necessary competences and qualities to serve the industrialization and modernization of the country. Can Tho University has achieved accomplishments in its master's level training activities following Resolution 29-NQ/TW. We surveyed 108 postgraduate training managers-lecturers and 330 master's students of Can Tho University. The results showed that most of the relevant aspects of master's degree training activities at the university performed well. However, there are still some limitations that need to be overcome. The research findings provide a basis for proposing measures to enhance the effectiveness of managing the activities of master's degree training activities at the university, aiming to improve education quality.
